Neil Relph is Managing Partner at Rouse Partners and has been advising clients in the Buckinghamshire and Thames Valley region since 1985.

As a Chartered Accountant and Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, Neil has over 30 years of private practice experience. He has also owned several businesses, which he has developed and taken through to disposal.

Neil has been focal to the growth of the business which now comprises a team of over 70 employees, including 30 qualified team members.

Neil has an extensive understanding of business and has worked across a wide variety of sector groups, having developed business solutions for clients involved in advertising, market research, IT and professional services.

He specialises in identifying key drivers for developing sustainable, profitable businesses and in recognising their commercial opportunities.
