Martin has worked in the company secretarial field for over 30 years and holds the ICSA Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice.
He has a wide range of experience, including maintaining statutory registers, preparing confirmation statements, company formations and incorporation, reorganisations, share capital reductions, share transfers and buy-backs, changes to articles of association/memorandum, dividend payments, strike offs and other relevant matters.
Martin also manages our registered office service and can provide advice on company law and company secretarial issues when required.
