Recognising our people
Our nomination for Employer of the Year recognised our continued focus on creating a workplace where our people are supported to thrive, develop and progress in their careers. This includes our investment in learning and development, defined career pathways and our Conversations that Matter approach to performance and development.
Our Bookkeeping Team of the Year nomination recognised the Finance Office team’s innovative approach to cloud accounting, automation, integrated apps and financial modelling – helping us transform the way we support our clients and deliver a more proactive service.
Although we didn’t win on the night, being shortlisted is recognition of the hard work, commitment and innovation of everyone involved.
