Specialisms

Adam leads our London office and specialises in supporting high-growth scale-ups and technology firms.

Adam works closely with technology founders to accelerate growth, secure investment, and navigate successful exits. His advisory expertise spans M&A and exit strategy, EMI schemes, EIS, valuations, and virtual CFO engagements.

He is a co-founder of our partner firm, Finerva. Previously, he served as CFO during the 20x exit of Sherwood Technology Solutions to NYSE-listed Solera Holdings.

Adam has advised on more than 15 successful acquisitions and exits across Europe, the US, and Asia during his time at Baylor Klein. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC in London, where he worked in the Technology, Media and Energy practice. He holds an MA (Hons) from the University of Oxford.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two young sons—often found charging around the house or garden. He stays active through Commando boot camp training and playing Touch Rugby, including training with the England seniors squad. A long-suffering supporter of Scotland and London Scottish, he credits his Glaswegian parents for both allegiances.
