Liz Penn

Before specialising in payroll, Liz worked in accountancy and banking, giving her a broad understanding of finance, compliance and the practical role payroll plays in helping businesses operate efficiently.

At RouseFinerva, Liz manages a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing all aspects of payroll processing while providing practical advice on payroll processes and best practice. Liz is passionate about delivering an accurate, efficient and reliable service, combining strong technical expertise with a relationship-led approach that helps clients feel supported and confident.

Outside of work, Liz lives on the west coast of Scotland, where she enjoys long beach walks and making the most of the countryside. She also has an adventurous streak, having completed both a tandem skydive and a bungee jump in support of Dementia UK. When she’s not exploring the outdoors, you’ll find her enjoying musical theatre, getting lost in a good book or taking on creative DIY and crafting projects.
