Jakub joined our team in 2021 and is Assistant Outsource Manager. In this role, he delivers management accounts and reporting services to clients, as well as advising on and implementing cloud accounting systems.

Jakub is an experienced user of Xero, QuickBooks and Sage accounting systems. He uses his knowledge in this area to advise clients on process automation, business systems integration and improved effectiveness of accounting systems.

He brings strong analytical and numerical skills, together with commercial understanding to his work. This allows him to build bespoke management reporting for clients and to advise on the KPI’s and metrics to help management and finance teams assess their business performance. He also provides VAT preparation / submission services.

Jakub’s experience spans a range of industries sectors, with a strong focus in hospitality, construction, ecommerce and international freight services (such as shipping and HGV).

With a keen interest in AI, technology and software, Jakub is also responsible for researching, testing and selecting new applications that we can introduce to our team and clients to drive business efficiency and productivity.
