    What was covered?

The Employment Rights Act is the “biggest upgrade to workers’ rights in a generation”, and will bring material changes to dismissal rights, contractual arrangements and HR compliance, requiring swift operational adjustments when the final version becomes law.

This webinar was a follow on to a webinar we hosted last year, now that more details on the employment law changes have been announced, including a u-turn on day one worker rights. It provides essential updates on the various changes to expect and how employers can prepare.
