At Rouse, you’ll find more than just a role – you’ll discover a place where your expertise is valued, your growth is supported, and your contributions make an impact. We offer the opportunity to work directly with high-calibre clients across diverse industries, while continuously developing your technical and professional skills.

Our culture is built on our four core values – Respect, Integrity, Care and Excellence – which guide everything we do and create a supportive, team focused environment where you can succeed.

About Rouse

With a history of over a century, we’re proud to be an independent, well-established firm of more than 100 talented professionals. Ranked among the UK’s Top 100 accountancy firms, we have built a reputation for delivering high-quality financial solutions and trusted advice to our clients.

Our clients span the UK and beyond. As members of Praxity – the world’s largest alliance of independent accounting firms – you’ll also have the chance to work with international clients and even explore global secondment opportunities, gaining invaluable experience and professional development abroad.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do. That’s why we invest heavily in developing our team across all areas of accounting, creating an environment where skills grow, careers progress, and teamwork is celebrated.

While we are committed to providing exceptional service, we’re not your typical accountancy firm. There’s no strict dress code here – we’re forward-thinking, creative, and passionate about embracing new technology and smarter ways to support our clients.

In 2025, we joined forces with Finerva, an innovative London-based specialist Accounting and Advisory firm. This strategic merger has expanded our capabilities and added new opportunities for both our people and our clients with ambitious growth plans.

  • Diversity and inclusion

As part of our team values, we are committed to supporting inclusion and diversity. This means that everyone is welcome and supported in their development at all stages of their journey with us. We are committed to being a workplace where every individual feels respected, empowered, and supported to bring their authentic selves to work.

    Social responsibility

Rouse demonstrates social responsibility through various initiatives, including planting over 100 trees to help towards combating deforestation, providing support to homeless individuals through donations and actively contributing to local charities to address community needs to promote positive change.

About you

This role is perfect for someone who is a motivated self-starter, who thrives in finding solutions and is looking for the opportunity to grow their skills and progress.

  • Understanding the requirements of each assignment such as timing, location and work required.
  • Completing tasks to the standard required by semi-seniors / seniors.
  • Seeking guidance on each assignment from the semi-seniors / seniors as required.
  • Requesting feedback and discussing this with the semi-seniors / seniors – and learning from this to apply next time.
